Question :
How do I request a new Auth Code for my Domain Name?

Answer :
The Auth Code (Authentication ID) for your domain name is normally used to transfer Registrars for your domain name. 1st Domains will also use this to verify ownership for other things like changes of ownership for example. We issue the Auth Code to the Registrant contact when the domain name is first registered or transferred to 1st Domains.

However, as these expire after some time, if you need to request a new Auth Code for your domain name, login to your administration account with your Account Number and password. Once logged in select the domain name to manage and then click the 'Request Authorisation Key (UDAI/EPP)' link. A new Auth Code will be generated and emailed to the Registrant contact email address.
